"We have used Glen for many years now, thought he and his team were always great and have rarely had any problems so have never needed him to go the extra mile. However we have had 2 issues in the last year and both times he has gone above and beyond to fix the problem. The first being when he came out to us on a bank holiday to fix the hot water when we had a houseful of guests and the second was when we had an arguably 'no fault' boiler leak however Glen visited within 48 hrs of us contacting him, fixed the problem and has offered to regularly service the boiler going forward for the next few years. I would highly recommend Cooper and Co and have done so to anyone looking for a heating company"
